Nassau County Police reported the following information. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

DWI Charges

  • Feb. 19: Eric Gasper, 33, of North New Hyde Park, on New Hyde Park Road in Franklin Square.
  • Feb. 21: Joseph Casaceli, 33, of Rockville Centre, on Rockaway Avenue in Oceanside.
  • Feb. 21: Harold Dezil, 37, of Hempstead, on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale.
  • Feb. 23: Leonel Jaramillo, 28, of Brentwood, on I-495 in North Hills.
  • Feb. 25: Constantine Angeles, 44, of Bayside, on Newbridge Road in East Meadow.

  • Feb. 19: Kevin Jemerson, 37, of Baldwin, charged with shoplifting at Pathmark in Baldwin.
  • Feb. 19: Elizabeth David, 24, of Copiague, charged with shoplifting at Kohls in Massapequa.
  • Feb. 19: Yassmin Makki, 26, of Queens Village, charged with shoplifting on Old Country Road in East Garden City.
  • Feb. 19: William Bailey, 18, of Uniondale, charged with shoplifting at Macy’s in East Garden City.
  • Feb. 20: Kyle Meranus, 19, of Hempstead, charged with shoplifting at Target in Westbury.
  • Feb. 20: Equana Green, 23, of Massapequa, charged with shoplifting at Kohls in Levittown.

  • Feb. 23: Jillian Bert, 27, of Plainview, charged with shoplifting at JC Penney in Massapequa.
