Massapequa Students Create Giving Tree
Donations will be sent to hospice center where former East Lake teacher was a patient.

East Lake is coming together once again to help those in need with a special “Giving Tree.”
The new “tiny toys” are being donated by the East Lake community and will be given to the St. Charles Hospice Center.
St. Charles Hospice Center is where Mrs. Renee McDonald, a former East Lake teacher, was a patient.

The East Lake Art Club designed and painted a special toy chest that was donated along with our first collection of tiny toys. East Lake families have been refilling the toy chest each year with donations for the boys and girls that go to the center to visit their loved ones. St. Charles Hospice Center appreciates what a giving community the East Lake family is. Donations will be accepted until Dec. 22.
