Southold Schools Plan 2-Hour Delayed Opening Monday

Southold schools will operate on a 2-hour delayed opening on Monday, the district announced on Sunday afternoon.

All before school activities are cancelled.

The delay may change pending a change in the weather forecast. If the forecast worsens, another phone call will be made early Monday morning, according to the district’s website.

The North Fork-area is currently under a winter storm watch, with several inches of snow and ice expected Sunday night and Monday.
