An extensive menu boasts a variety of Greek and Mediterranean appetizers and entrees, along with more generic meal choices for kids.
Ayhan's signature hummus is undeniably one of the most popular appetizers, blending chick peas, garlic and tahina sauce and served with pita. If you are looking for a hot appetizer, try the crab cakes, felafel balls or grilled octopus.
Entree options at Ayhan's are practically endless. Whether you are looking for a vegetarian dish, chicken platter or market fresh seafood, the menu at Ayhan's has something for every diner.
The energy platter is perfect for those who want to steer clear of meat and still get a full meal. Hummus, tabuleh, felafel with tahina and shepherd salad are served with pita bread for $12.95. The chicken-kebab platter is another tasty choice, marinated in yogurt, char grilled with mushrooms and served with rice ($16.95). For seafood lovers, try the Royal Durado, a delectable white, exotic fish from Israel.
Assorted fresh salads are available in a small or large size, such as the shepherd salad with ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers and feta cheese served with vinaigrette or the Mediterranean health salad which includes lettuce, chopped garden vegetables, gorgonzola cheese, honey roasted pecans and balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Until April 30, all entrees during lunch and dinner are served with a free Greek salad.
