Know Any Kids That Shine? HarborFest is Looking for Performers

Do you know any kids who love to perform?

HarborFest is looking for entertainers for this year’s HarborFest on Sunday, June 7. Any singers, dancers, musicians, poets, hula hoopers and performers of any kind are invited to audition.

Children ages 5 to 18 can audition, according to the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.

Auditions for the children’s talent show will be held Friday, May 1 from 3:30 p.m. 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Mertz Community Center, 382 Main St.

The Facebook post said: “Since the School District no longer allows flyers to be distributed to students, we have to rely on word of mouth, emails and social media to spread the word about the auditions. Please pass the word to as many parents of school-aged children in Port Washington as you can.”
