Police Seek Man Involved in Roslyn Heights Burglary
A 73-year-old woman was sleeping inside the home at the time of the burglary, police said.

Police are looking for information on a burglary that occurred in Roslyn heights Thursday morning.
An unknown male broke into a Deer Run home while a 73-year-old woman was sleeping inside at 12:43 a.m.
The thief shattered a basement sliding door to enter the home where he proceeded to open dresser drawers in a second floor bedroom and a first floor master bedroom, police said.

According to police, the thief took a jewelry box from the top of a dresser and left the home in an unknown direction.
The suspect dropped the jewelry box before he left the house, police said.

Police reported no injuries or items taken.
