Police: Hampton Bays Woman Found Passed Out Drunk With Car Blocking Roadway
Woman arrested early Christmas morning in Southampton, police say.

A Hampton Bays woman was arrested early Christmas morning after police found her passed out drunk behind the wheel of her vehicle, which was partially blocking the roadway in Southampton, according to Southampton Town Police.
Elizabeth B. Silano, 47, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. after police found her in the driver’s seat of a vehicle at Hills Station Road and County Road 39, police said.
Police determined Silano was intoxicated and she was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing, police said.

Silano was later transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center to be treated for alcohol poisoning, police said. She was released from police custody on an appearance ticket.
