7 Fun Things To Do In Bucks County This Weekend
Festivals are featured throughout Bucks County celebrating Polish, German, and Italian heritages. There's also one dedicated to the arts.

As we roll along into September, everyone seems to be holding some sort of festival this weekend, whether it be to honor a heritage (there are Polish, German, and Italian festivals), cherish the arts, celebrate family, or just hang out on a porch. There's even a festival devoted to beer!

Besides the Bucks County Classic, there's the Garden of Reflection 5K run in Lower Makefield Township on Sunday. (See this Patch story for more details.) The 55th Annual Mill Street Run also starts Saturday morning in Bristol Borough.
If you like history, check out the Tall Ship of Delaware docked at the Bristol Borough Wharf through Sunday. Meanwhile, a popular flea market takes place in Yardley on Saturday. It's been going on now for 67 years.

Parx Casino in Bensalem Township is holding its 6th Annual Car Show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. There will be a live band, food trucks, vendors, kids activities, raffles, and more.
The Newtown Fire Association is presenting the Newtown Beerfest 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Click here for more details.

Arts Festival, Bucks County Classic This Weekend In Doylestown
The biggest weekend of the year is coming to Doylestown on Saturday and Sunday with a double-header of arts and professional cycling. The Doylestown Arts Festival returns to the streets of the borough for its 32nd year on both days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. And the Bucks County Classic rides into town for its 19th time on Sunday, Sept. 10, speeding its way around the arts festival grounds. Region's Largest Polish Festival Back For Another Weekend In New Britain Township
The region's largest Polish Festival is back for its second weekend on the grounds of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in New Britain Township. The festival takes place Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 8 p.m. at 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown. Throughout the five-day festival, the public is invited to celebrate traditional Polish culture with live entertainment, arts and crafts, re-enactments, ethnic foods, midway rides, and more. Tall Ship Of Delaware Docked In Bristol Borough
The Kalmar Nyckel is among Saturday's highlights in Bristol Borough, which include the 55th Annual Mill Street Run and the 40th Annual Italian Day Festival. (Read this Patch story for more details.)

Falls Township's Touch a Truck/Family Festival Returns Saturday
Falls Township’s joint Touch a Truck and Family Festival returns on Saturday at Falls Township Community Park. There are two food truck festivals planned and fireworks to close the festivities. The festival includes face painting, balloon artistry, giveaways, vendors, as well as other free, fun, family-friendly activities. Food and drink will be available to purchase from Levittown Fire Co. #1 as a fundraiser for the fire company. (Read this Patch story for more details.)

86th Annual Bucks-Mont Oktoberfest In Warminster
It's never too early to celebrate October. And it's always important to keep traditions alive as will be the case Saturday with the longest-running German festival in the region. Expect lots of culture, games, food, and beer. (Read this Patch story for more details.)

Langhorne Porch Fest Features Bands Saturday
Langhorne Borough may be the perfect place Saturday to see some porches featuring about a dozen bands playing all kinds of music. The Langhorne Council for the Arts will host Langhorne Porch Fest on Saturday, Sept 9, from Noon to 5 p.m. (Read this Patch story for more details.)

Yardley Friends Meeting Holds Flea Market Saturday
For 67 years, Yardley Friends Meeting has held its annual flea market and it will do so once again on Saturday. The flea market takes place at 65 N. Main St. in Yardley from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (This year has a new closing time.) The flea market features antiques, arts and crafts, live music, a homemade luncheon, desserts, and a White Elephant table. The rain date is Saturday, Sept. 16.
