Guess who got the last laugh on Chris Cuomo.

Cooper is the only one celebrating the fact that Cuomo got the axe after secretly - and unsuccessfully - trying to help his brother the New York governor survive a sexual-abuse scandal.

Once Upon a Time Cooper's 2-hour show got cut by half when Cuomo took over the second hour - and became the cable station's big-money superstar while Cooper became a second stringer.

But now that Cuomo has been fired following his suspension, Cooper is back on top of the mountain - albeit with his tanking ratings.
