Watch Again: 'Dear Class Of 2020' Graduation Event

The star-studded "Dear Class of 2020" commencement celebration from YouTube Originals took place Sunday after getting rescheduled from Saturday in observance of a memorial service celebrating the life of George Floyd.

The graduation celebration aimed to serve as an inspirational tribute to 2020's graduates amid the coronavirus pandemic and social justice protests taking place across the country, according to a news release.

Barack and Michelle Obama headlined the event, with Beyonce, BTS, Lady Gaga, Secretary Robert Gates, Sundar Pichai, Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Malala Yousafzai, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Jimmy Kimmel and many others also speaking during the celebration.

President Obama's keynote address happened in the fourth hour of the event, with the South Korean boyband BTS ending the special.

Additionally, the YouTube celebration featured a speech delivered by 25 members of the Class of 2020 from across the United States.
