DIY Father's Day Gift: Sports Fan Pint Glasses

When Dad's watching the big game, he might need a good luck charm for his favorite team. Perhaps this stainless steel pint glass decorated with his favorite team's colors will be just what he needs!

If Dad has multiple favorite teams for each sport, you can just DIY several different glasses so there's one for every season.

Since these glasses use ribbon, we recommend washing them by hand rather than in the dishwasher.

What you'll need:

• Thin ribbon in Dad's favorite team's colors
• Scissors
• Stainless steel pint glasses
• E6000 glue

Instructions:

1. Plan your design by figuring out where you want to wrap each ribbon. The ribbons can be wrapped close together or far apart, and you can add as many ribbons as you'd like to the glass.

2. Wrap one color of ribbon around the pint glass, then cut it about 1/2 inch longer than the circumference of the glass.

3. Lay the ribbon flat, then dot it with glue every inch or so.

4. Carefully wrap the ribbon around the glass, overlapping the ends where you left that extra 1/2 inch. Press firmly, securing the ribbon all the way around the glass. Allow it to dry, following the glue manufacturer's recommended drying time.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 to add as many ribbons as you'd like.
