Livestream: George Floyd's Brother Testifies On Police Practices

WASHINGTON, DC — George Floyd's brother, Philonise Floyd, is among a dozen witnesses scheduled to testify Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee on police practices and accountability.

Other witnesses include civil rights activists and law enforcement.

The hearing comes one day after George Floyd was laid to rest in Houston.

Floyd, a black man, died in Minneapolis police custody last month after an officer pinned him to the ground with a knee on his neck for more than eight minutes.
