Kyle Milliken, a 38-year-old from Falmouth, Maine, was killed Friday in Somalia during an operation against the al-Shabaab terrorist group. Milliken was a senior chief special warfare operator with the Navy SEALs. (Patch).

For the nearly 900 families who lost their homes in the wildfires last November, the bad news is that they are about to receive their last check from the My People Fund set up by Dolly Parton.
