Watch: Tornadoes Cause Damage in Phillipsburg, West Ohio
Footage captures what appears to be a tornado north North of Dayton. On Tuesday the Weather Service found a tornado also hit Arcanum.
PHILLIPSBURG, OH — A tornado touched down Monday in Phillpsburg, tearing the roof off of one home and damaging several barns in the area between Phillipsburg and Brookville.
More information about damage caused during Monday's storms is being uncovered by the Weather Service. On Tuesday a survey team found that a tornado had also touched down in Arcanum Monday, causing damage in Darke county. The Weather Service has teams deployed to Darke, Preble and Miami counties to asses the damage.

The National Weather Service confirmed that a tornado touched down in Phillipsburg at 2:17 p.m. Monday.
The Weather Service deployed a damage survey team to the Phillipsburg area Monday, which phoned in a preliminary rating of the tornado. With an approximate wind speed of 105 miles-per-hour, the tornado was ranked a 1 on the Enhanced Fujita scale, used to rank tornado strength in the United States. The scale grades tornados from 0 to 5 based on wind speeds. Phillipsburg is located around 25 miles Northwest of Dayton.
