Chesterfield County Woman Dies In Crash; 3 Others Hurt: Report
A sedan hit a pickup Friday night in Chesterfield County, leaving one passenger dead, according to authorities.
A woman was killed and three other people were injured Friday night in a two-vehicle crash in Chesterfield County, according to Hopkins Road crash coverage by WTVR, citing Chesterfield Police. The station reported the wreck happened about 9:20 p.m. in the 6400 block of Hopkins Road.
According to WTVR's report on the Chesterfield Police investigation, a preliminary investigation found that a sedan traveling south on Hopkins Road collided with a pickup truck that was making a left turn onto Watchrun Drive.
WTVR reported that a passenger in the sedan was taken to a hospital, where she later died of her injuries. The drivers of both vehicles and a passenger in the pickup also were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the station's report, which cited police.

The woman's name had not been released pending notification of next of kin, WTVR reported.
