School Bus Carrying 38 Children Crashes In NoVA, 9 Hurt
Officials said the crash occurred Wednesday at the intersection of John Marshall Highway and Zulla Road in Fauquier County.
FAUQUIER COUNTY, VA — Nine people, including eight kids, were injured after a school bus carrying dozens of children crashed in Fauquier County, according to Fauquier County officials.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection of John Marshall Highway and Zulla Road shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday for a reported crash involving a school bus.
Officials said the bus was transporting 38 children from Fauquier Community Child Care to a daily activity when the crash occurred.

Eight children and one adult were taken by emergency personnel to Fauquier Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
John Marshall Highway was closed for about 90 minutes while first responders worked at the scene. Authorities had cleared the area by 11:20 a.m.
