• Early reassessment numbers show rising property values in Montgomery County (roanoke.com) — Rising property values in Montgomery County, reported from Christiansburg, suggest many local homeowners could see higher assessments when the next countywide reassessment cycle begins in 2027. While details are still emerging, the early numbers confirm a steady climb in sale prices since 2022, which may eventually affect tax bills and real estate decisions for Christiansburg residents.
