A woman is accused of stabbing a small, crying baby, seriously injuring the child, according to Prince William County Police. Leah Greer Arrington, 35, was reportedly watching the 3-month-old victim for a family member.

Gov. Terry McAuliffe said no late Sunday to the electric chair as a mandatory method of execution in Virginia if execution drugs aren't available.
