Human Remains Identified, 3 Arrests
Human remains located near Manassas last month have been identified, and three arrests have been made in the case, according to Prince William County Police.
Oscar Rene Andrade, 29, of Manassas, was reported missing on Sept. 14, 2015, by family members. He had not been seen since Sept. 10. Police located his remains on Jan. 13 in a wooded area on Barrett Drive. >>> Read more.
