Virginia, DC July 4 Fireworks, Parades, Concerts: 2019 Guide
Need to know where to go for your Independence Day celebration in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC? Patch has July 4 schedules.
WASHINGTON, DC — Parades and concerts are about to get under way across northern Virginia and fireworks shows are planned for the Fourth of July holiday — some are this weekend, some are on July 4 itself. Many fireworks are not legal in Virginia. Check with your local municipality for laws about what fireworks are allowed.
Patch has the list of towns holding fireworks, parades and anything else that should get you in the holiday spirit. You should know that a number of towns are not holding celebrations on July 4 itself. So prepare yourself for anything held before or after that date.
