ALDI to Hold Hiring Event at Alexandria Area Store
ALDI is hiring for positions at an Alexandria area store, with starting wages ranging from $13.25 to $25 per hour.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- ALDI, is hosting hiring events across the region, including at its Mount Vernon store at 8256 Richmond Highway. The hiring event is Wednesday, May 17 from 7 a.m. to noon.
The German-based grocery store chain is seeking store associates starting at $13.25 per hour, shift managers $17.75 per hour and manager trainee positions. $25 per hour. Store managers can earn $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Employees working an average 25 hours a week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage.

- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday - Sunday
- Retail experience preferred
- Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees
- Drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
