Consumer Product Safety Commission Adds Spanish YouTube Channel

The Consumer Product Safety Commission, a federal entity charged with protecting the public from dangerous products on the market, has launched a Spanish YouTube channel. The URL for the channel is: http://www.youtube.com/user/USCPSCEspanol

The channel features short videos that can save lives, including powerful demonstrations (enacted) of incidents involving children, according to a press release from the commission.

"I urge all Spanish-speaking consumers to visit our new Spanish YouTube channel and share these important safety messages with family and friends. By getting connected to CPSC and sharing this information, we can save lives," said Inez Tenenbaum, CPSC chairman.
