Juvenile Charged For Gang-Related Murder At North Hill Park
One other person had been charged with the murder of a juvenile, whose body was buried in the woods.
HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police charged a second person with murder in the gang-related killing of a juvenile at North Hill Park in May. A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with murder and abduction on Thursday, Dec. 5. The juvenile is being held at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.
The 17-year-old juvenile was previously charged with gang participation, and three others face charges. Armando Dagoberto Reyes Reyes, 27, was charged with murder and abduction on July 2. Cesar Antonio Ochoa Carillo, 20, and Doroteo E. Diaz Martinez, 20, were charged with unlawful disposal of a dead body.
Reyes Reyes and the juvenile had both fled to Florida before their arrests over the summer. Fairfax County Police worked with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, Broward County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshals Task Force to track them down.

The victim's body had been found the morning of May 23 in an undeveloped wooded area of North Hill. Detectives received information that a body was in the woods a few days prior. After police encountered a freshly-dug grave, it took over a day to locate the body buried below the ground. The medical examiner later identified the cause of death as homicide.
Detectives are continuing to actively investigate the gang-related case.
