Third Person Faces Murder Change In North Hill Park Gang Killing

Three people are facing murder and abduction charges related to the killing of a juvenile in May 2019.

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — A man arrested by Fairfax County Police in March is facing a murder change in the May 2019 gang killing and improper burial of a juvenile in North Hill Park.

Bryon Arenas Estupinian, 22, of Alexandria, is the third person charged with murder in the incident. Armando Dagoberto Reyes Reyes, 27, of Alexandria, and a 17-year-old juvenile were charged with murder and abduction. Estupinian was previously charged with abduction and continues to be held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

The juvenile's body was found in an undeveloped wooded area of North Hill Park on May 23, 2019. Police located the body below the ground in a freshly-dug grave after receiving information about a body in the woods. The medical examiner later identified the cause of death as homicide.

Two others, Cesar Antonio Ochoa Carillo, 20, and Doroteo E. Diaz Martinez, 20, of Alexandria, were charged with unlawful disposal of a dead body.
