Winter Fitness for Kids

An instructor from Little Gym will demonstrate ways to keep young children active and fit during the winter months at the MOMS Club of Alexandria South monthly meeting. The meeting is held at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church at 2001 Sherwood Hall Land, Alexandria.

This club serves parents in zip codes 22303, 22306 and 22307. Anyone living in these zip codes may attend a meeting before deciding whether to join the club. Children are welcome at the meeting. MOMS Club offers daytime activities, including playgroups for similar aged children, to help parents connect with each other. Our club’s members include full time parents, parents who work outside the home part-time, and parents with home-based businesses.
