ALEXANDRIA, VA—An Alexandria man is facing jail time in a Pittsburgh suburb for a disturbing sexual assault on a 10-year-old child. Thomas Mark Rhodes, 36, of Alexandria, Va., is charged with 11 counts, which include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent exposure and criminal solicitation, TribLive in Westmoreland County, Pa. reports. North Huntingdon Police believe Rhodes traded $5 for sexual acts with the girl at Holiday Inn Express room in 2015. Police received a report of the alleged assault in January. Police say Rhodes dated the victim's mother and offered to watch the girl for the night.
