Burtons Grill + Bar Opening at Hilltop Village

FAIRFAX COUNTY -- Burtons Grill & Bar is opening in Hilltop Village Center, where Wegman’s is located and they are hiring for all positions, according to a job listing online.

Burtons Grill & Bar, described as “an upscale-casual restaurant” will be located at 6450 Old Beulah St. (see map below). The restaurant is also opening a location in Sterling and has opened two other locations in Virginia, in Charlottesville and Virginia Beach.

The menu features appetizers, steak, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, soups and salads. The restaurant also offers gluten-free fare.

The restaurant is part of a chain, with 10 locations in five states, headquartered in Andover, Mass., and was started in 2005.
