Edison Academy's Bistro 1093 to Reopen Thursday
Renovations to the new dining facility are complete.

The Edison Academy at Thomas Edison High School will reopen its Bistro 1093 for lunch Thursday after undergoing renovations to the dining facilities. Under the direction of Chef Glenn Walden, students will prepare three-course meals with a beverage—tea or coffee—beginning at 11:45 a.m.
Starting Jan. 10, Bistro 1093 will be open every Thursday for lunch. Those interested in dining at the bistro are asked to make a reservation by Monday prior to attending. To make reservations, contact the Academy Hospitality Management Instructor, Kim Galeano, at kgaleano@fcps.edu.
Take-out service is also available at Bistro 1093. The students ask that all patrons make a donation to cover the cost of their meal (minimum $8).
