
The Edison girl's basketball team this year will face tests early in its season, .
Head coach Dianne Lewis expects the team to be buoyed by returning forward Averi Collins and sisters Sheila and , also forwards. But the team has also lost two starting guards, forcing Lewis to bring in other players in the positions.
Edison will have to train its new starters fast. The team will face off against imposing opponents like Yorktown and Woodson early in December.
