Edison High School Band and Chorus Booster Organizations Hold Tag Day Fundraiser September 12, 2015
Uniformed music students will be going door-to-door in the Thomas A. Edison High School community this weekend, collecting donations to help fund their performance and competition season costs. A tax-deductible contribution to the booster organizations will help continue the tradition of excellence in music education and community pride.
Under the direction of Mr. Charlie J. Mitchell, the Edison Bands—Marching Eagles, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, and Indoor Winter Guard depend on the support of the Edison High School community.
The Marching Eagles perform the halftime show at all home football games. This fall, home games are Thursday, September 3; Friday, September 18; Friday, September 25; Friday, October 16; and Friday, October 23. Winter and Spring Concerts are open to the public, free, and feature performances by all Edison Bands. Visit edisonband.org for a calendar of performance dates.
