6th Annual Special Education Conference

The 6th Annual Special Education Conference: Parents + Educators + Students = Success will be held on March 19, 2011, at Lee High School from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  The keynote address will be delivered by Jonathan Mooney, a nationally known writer and public speaker who struggled in school with a learning disability.  FCPS staff, Kirk Martin, Cathi Cohen, Dr. Erin Martin-Berman, Ann Dolin, and John Eisenberg will also present a variety of workshops for families and educators of students who receive special education services in Fairfax County Public Schools. Middle and high school-age students can attend the conference with their parents and participate in a special strand of workshops for students.  Learn more about student registration when you register for the conference.
