It is a tradition to hold a worship service, called “Baccalaureate,” in the week prior to a graduation. The Baccalaureate Service is a time to gather as a people of many faiths to worship God for the education of our graduates and the many accomplishments they have completed during their high school years. The service is an opportunity to reflect on family, friendships, and faith through scripture readings, music, prayer, and speeches. Parents, students, high school faculty, and community faith leaders will each take part in the leadership of the service. The entire community is invited to join in this service for the Edison graduates.
Students should arrive at 6:45 PM dressed in their caps and gowns.
