Inova Alexandria Hospital is hosting its annual health expo on Wednesday, October 10 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the US Patent and Trademark Office, 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria. This event is free and open to the public.
This year’s health expo will feature a presentation on how stress affects your health from Dr. Laura Stone, a healthy cooking demonstration, free health screenings, a fitness class provided by Sport and Health, and information booths from hospital services.
