Fort Belvoir Man Unlawfully Filmed In Bathrooms: Police

Police say men were unknowingly filmed inside Home Depot bathrooms in Springfield and Hybla Valley.

FORT BELVOIR, VA — Fairfax County Police arrested and charged a Fort Belvoir man for alleged unlawful filming in Home Depot bathrooms last year.

The two-month investigation started when Fort Belvoir Military Police found videos of men unknowingly filmed on the phone of Dquarious Willis, 23. Detectives determined the videos were taken between Oct. 13 and 19, 2019 at Home Depot stores at 7710 Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley and 6691 Frontier Drive in Springfield.

In this timeframe, Willis allegedly filmed around 19 men in adjacent stalls. He was believed to unlawfully film by placing a bag with a recording device partially under the stall partition. Most videos were taken during the morning.

Detectives have identified three adult victims and say others appear to be adults. The investigation continues as detectives try to identify other victims.
