Firefighter Injured In Heavy Kingstowne Area Fire
The heavy blaze at a Kingstowne area townhouse went to two alarms.
KINGSTOWNE, VA—Fairfax County Fire and Rescue say a firefighter was injured at a townhouse fire in the Kingstowne area Thursday morning.
The fire was reported in the 6600 block of Briarleigh Way. The fire went to two alarms but was under control as of 11:08 a.m., the fire department tweeted. The firefighter went to the hospital with minor injuries. All residents have been located and were not injured.
Alexandria firefighters are assisting with the response.
