Indecent Exposure Reported in Springfield
The 21-year old female victim was walking around noon in Springfield when a man pulled up and exposed himself.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Police are investigating an incident exposure incident involving a 21-year-old female victim at the 7000 block of Essex Avenue in Springfield Tuesday.
According to police, the victim was walking around 12:40 p.m. when a man pulled up in a gray four-door sedan and exposed himself. The unknown suspect drove away before the victim could take a picture of him.

She described the suspect as a 25 to 30-year old white man with long curly black hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a white t-shirt.
