Live Cockroaches At Restaurant: Inspections In And Around Kingstowne

KINGSTOWNE, VA — Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from recent inspections in the last weeks of July. Among the violations were live cockroaches found at Marib Restaurant in Springfield. The restaurant has a monthly pest control service. Also included are restaurants with no violations.
