Mia, from Chantilly, and Chandler, from Herndon, spent 90 hours and used 39 rolls of Duck Tape to create their prom outfits, choosing a rainbow of shades like bright green, turquoise, pink and yellow.
The 15th annual Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest attracted more than 150 entrants from the U.S. and Canada, and Mia and Chandler received the most votes of the Top 10 finalist couples in an online competition that began June 15, ShurTech Brands said in a press release.
