Missing Woman, 89, In Springfield Found Dead: Police

SPRINGFIELD, VA — Fairfax County Police say a missing woman from Springfield was found dead. Foul play is not suspected.

Nancy Washington, 89, was last seen around 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 7000 block of Old Keene Mill Road. She was considered endangered due to mental or physical health concerns.

Washington was last seen wearing a black polo with red floral design, a blue jean skirt, a brown knit hat, glasses, black shoes with pink trim, and black handbag.
