Virginia Hills Baptist Church seeks part-time Music Minister

We are congregation of approximately 100-150, located in the suburbs of Alexandria that is looking for a part time Minister of Music to lead our Music Ministry program. The position salary will be determined based on the applicant’s experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates music program
• Leads music at traditional worship service
• Leads Wednesday night choir practice.
• Plans special music programs for Christmas, Easter, etc.
• Attends staff meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Monitors the purchasing, maintenance and replacement of all music related equipment/supplies.
