Kids learn cooperation as they boost their self control and confidence. They also discover how easy self-defense can be with the natrual, easy to learn body movements so you will no longer worry about your child being bullied in school or on the play ground. Children learn that most of the time they can keep their head up and walk away from a bullying encounter, or they take care of business and move on with life. This is the same for physical bullying and mental/social bullying.
