Overturned Truck Spurs Delays On 95 In Springfield Area
VDOT reported backups on 95 for at least two miles as a result of the crash.

SPRINGFIELD, VA—An overturned truck crash on Interstate 95 resulted in traffic backups Monday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The crash, reported at 9:29 a.m. by WTOP Traffic, happened on southbound I-95 before Fairfax County Parkway. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
Drivers face delays through the early afternoon. As of 12:47 p.m., the right shoulder and Heller Road exit ramp are closed in the southbound direction. Traffic backups are approximately around two miles.
