Peeping Tom On The Loose In Kingstowne

Surveillance footage showed the man looking into the home's window, a Kingstowne woman reported to police.

KINGSTOWNE, VA—If it wasn't for the video surveillance footage, a Kingstowne woman may not have noticed the Peeping Tom looking in her window Friday night.

The footage shows the Peeping Tom appearing around 11:30 p.m. in the 6000 block of Palladium Court, according to Fairfax County Police's latest crime report. Police say the unknown suspect fled when the woman noticed him.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 19 and 24 years old with short dark hair. At the time he was wearing black shoes, light colored jeans, a dark colored jacket and black glasses.
