Reduce Furlough Stress and Frustration Thursday at 7 pm Karate Class!

Traditional Karate allows you to discover how to punch and kick away your stress and frustration while having a good time, too!  You just imagine the face of your source of frustration as you kick and punch at your opponent while doing Kata (template movements), Kumite (partner drills) or Bunkai (template application).  You don't have to share with anyone who your imagined opponent was!  This way you save many marriages and get to keep your job, too!

Just tell the instructor you are there for a FREE session on stress and frustration reduction.  No strings attached!

Adult Classes:  Monday and Thursday @ 7 pm; Saturday at 9:30 am.
                      Tuesday Black/Brown Belts @ 7 pm

Kids Class:  Tuesday and Thursday @ 6 pm.
