Restaurant At St. James Complex Adds Patio, Brunch Service
Visitors to the sports and entertainment complex can now dine outdoors.

SPRINGFIELD, VA—Springfield's St. James sports and entertainment complex already has plenty to do, but now it can add brunch and outdoor dining to its list.
Chef Spike Mendelsohn’s restaurant Vim & Victor has begun offering a brunch menu and opened its outdoor patio. The brunch menu includes sweet options like Crème Brûlée french toast and savory bites like the breakfast burger, cauliflower nachos and smoked salmon plate.
Mendelsohn, the former Top Chef contestant also known for Good Stuff Eatery and We, The Pizza, opened Vim & Victor earlier this year. The restaurant has two sections: a to-go counter and full-service restaurant. Aside from brunch, the full-service area has lunch, dinner, dessert and drink offerings, while the to-go area has grab-and-go items and a market cafe. Guests can find healthy items like smoothies, smoothie bowls and cold-pressed juices in between workouts.
