Revised Plan For Kingstowne Development Has Downsized Space
The changed plan for a new development at Kingstowne Towne Center has less residential and retail space.

KINGSTOWNE, VA—After the plan for a residential and retail development at Kingstowne Towne Center made little progress since approval, the plan has been changed.
Washington Business Journal reports that developer Halle Cos. submitted a new plan with less residential and retail space. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors originally approved the mixed-use project with apartments and condos in 2016. The development would be located in a lot near the movie theater.
