Robert E. Lee High School Announces New Hires
School hires new Wrestling Coach Daniel Malcolm, and new Gymnastics Coach Diana Edgell.

Robert E. Lee High School has hired Daniel Malcolm as the school’s new Wrestling coach, the school announced Monday. Malcolm is a resident of Prince George’s County, Md.
Malcolm is originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., the school noted, where he lettered in Varsity Football and Wrestling and then later played football at Bowie State University on a scholarship. Malcolm has been coaching wrestling since 2006, both as an assistant and a head coach at Bladensburg and Northwestern high schools.
Lee High School notes that Malcolm is excited about the opportunity to continue to grow the wrestling program at Lee: His vision is not just to create winners on the mat....but also in life. The Lee Wrestling Program has been one riddled with a strong sense of success and tradition. Moving forward he intends to build on this foundation and the key to his success will be to use a great system of attack, 100 percent effort with no excuses.
