Sen. Tim Kaine, Supporters to Open Hillary for Virginia Office

On Wednesday, Hillary for Virginia will open an office in the Alexandria area, which will serve as its Northern Virginia headquarters.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- On Wednesday, Feb. 10, Hillary for Virginia will open an office in the Alexandria area, which will serve as its Northern Virginia headquarters leading up to the March 1 primary, the campaign announced Tuesday.

The opening of the Clinton headquarters office follows the opening of Democratic rival Sen. Bernie Sanders Northern Virginia headquarters in Oakton last month.

On Wednesday, U.S. Senator Tim Kaine will join local leaders and supporters to discuss why “Hillary Clinton is the fighter Virginia families need in the White House.”

The campaign’s Northern Virginia headquarters will be a hub for organizing activity for the Clinton campaign in Northern Virginia. Organizers and volunteers will host phone banks, organizing meetings, and canvasses from the office as well as from supporters’ homes across the region, the campaign said.
