TopMan Coming to TopShop at Springfield Town Center

In October 2014 TOPSHOP opened its doors in Washington, DC with a stand-alone store in the newly renovated Springfield Town Center at 6500 Springfield Mall. Here’s more about the new men’s clothing shop-within-a-shop, from a news release:

On Friday, the store will begin to carry TOPMAN alongside TOPSHOP within the existing space. The dedicated space will encompass a curated range of the brand’s key fashion and lifestyle offerings. Products will include trend-led TOPMAN mainline, denim in various washes and fits as well as a selection of the brands popular Suits and Smart.

The market has been anxious for the arrival of TOPMAN and with new styles arriving weekly, the Washington, DC store is sure to become a menswear destination in the area. Based out of London TOPMAN has earned its sartorial stripes with an unswerving, energetic approach to producing truly exciting high-street men’s fashion.

Driving trends forward at a unique pace while shifting the way men approach shopping, the brand’s attitude to creating brilliant, affordable and authoritative menswear is second to none. The designs are drawn from everything that surrounds the brand – the heritage of Savile Row, to the punk of Sex Pistols, the street style of East London, to the catwalks of fashion weeks.

TOPSHOP and TOPMAN expanded further within the USA with multiple new store openings across the country in 2014. TOPSHOP and TOPMAN opened joint stores in New York on Fifth Ave, their second largest flagship (40,000 square feet), on November 5th 2014 and in Fashion Valley San Diego (17,500 sq foot) in October, 2014. In Spring 2015, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN joint stores in Galleria Mall Houston (16,500 sq foot) and Lennox Square Mall Atlanta (15,500 sq foot) also opened.

TOPSHOP and TOPMAN have an exclusive partnership with Nordstrom to further expand the brand’s reach across the US. TOPSHOP now has presence within 52 Nordstrom stores, and TOPMAN 56 including suits and smart, plus presence on the Nordstrom.com website.
