Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill Now Open at Springfield Town Center

Pork ribs, steaks, prime rib, burgers on the menu at Southern California eatery's first East Coast location.

Southern California eatery Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill has opened its first East Coast location, at Springfield Town Center. The restaurant offers up a menu of ribs, steaks, prime rib, burgers, fish and chicken.

In 1992, Ofer Shemtov and Eric Anders created Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill in Moorpark, Calif. The restaurant, relatively small by today’s standards, became a great success in serving a community starving for good food and someplace to relax. Today, there are 11 Wood Ranch restaurants serving Southern California.

Today there are 16 restaurants with the first East Coast location at Springfield Town Center. For Wood Ranch, this is an aggressive growth strategy that does not sacrifice the commitment to quality and consistency, nor the personal touch.
